This garden collects plants who are wild in their majority but which all have at least one noticeable property. As all these plants are not adapted to our type of soil and because of the flood risks, we have raised them. You will find in these jardinières:
- wild eatable plants (dandelion...)
- tinctorial plants (St John's wort) - medicinals plants (willow...) - plants from which fibres are used (nettles, linen ...) - plants which are used by organic gardeners (horsetail, marigold...) - plants which are used in sorcery (aconit). A booklet detailing their properties, plant per plant, is at your disposal, at the Nature House. |
