The waters purified in the watertreatment plant of St Nicolas d'Aliermont join the river on the park site. Hall of this outlet was open and was a tear in the landscape. Besides the water didn't look very clean.
That's why the development of the park aims at : - enhancement of the site - improvement of the water |

Improvement of the water treatment according to the following principle: bulrushes and reeds absorb water with its pollutants and transpirate (evapotranspiration). At the same time bacteria and micro-organism develop and absorb pollutants as well. Lastly stagnant water is warmed up by the sun and evaporates leaving pollutants on the spot. |
